A snapshot of quality control at Shackerley

Every piece of every facade that we fully prefabricate as installation-ready panels a our ISO 900 certified Summit factory in Lancashire goes through a rigorous quality control process and here is just a snapshot of a pallet going through quality control. This pallet has a combination of XXL l.3m x 1.2 m SureClad® porcelain stone panels, and smaller facade panels, all made to order in our quality assured factory conditions.

Every panel we make at Shackerley is prefabricated in accordance with ISO TS 17870-3, which means that no cutting, drilling or securing of undercut anchors or clips is required on site, reducing risk and ensuring performance throughout the construction design and delivery chain.
