Façade panel prefabrication

After façade panels have been cut to project specific sizes and precision drilled with undercut recesses, we mount pre-formed straps or brackets to the rear of each panel, depending on choice of façade substructure that has been specified. We use a stainless steel undercut anchorage system that has the highest levels of safety, international patents and European Technical Approvals. The anchors have been earthquake tested up to magnitude 9.4 on the Richter scale and boast an extremely high load capacity without stressing the façade panel.

This prefabrication process, which is all carried out in ISO9001 accredited quality controlled factory conditions, considerably speeds up the façade installation on site.
