Training Facilities

Head Office

At its head office in Lancashire Shackerley has invested in training facilities where specifiers and contractors alike can learn more about the company’s product range, and in particular, its market leading range of Sureclad ventilated cladding systems.

Conference centre

A newly refurbished conference centre fully equipped with AV services is available for all types of product training, from informal product briefings and presentations to more formal CPD seminars. Portable Sureclad demonstration rigs are available to allow specifiers and contractors to gain a better understanding of the different types of Sureclad system available.

Factory Tours

By prior arrangement visitors are able to tour Shackerley’s manufacturing facilities and see how the company employs a range of specialist machinery to convert slabs of ceramic granite and other cladding materials into installation-ready, ventilated façade panels.

Demonstration wall

A large ‘demonstration wall’ has also been constructed where contractors can familiarise themselves with all aspects of the Sureclad system and explore the different facets of the installation process before undertaking projects on site.

Shackerley is also able to use this demonstration wall to reveal to specifiers and their clients the in-situ appearance of specific cladding materials, and the different aesthetic effects that can be achieved by using façade panels in different colourways, finishes, formats, and various bespoke enhancements that can be added.
