Fire Gap Matting

Specifically designed to remove dirt and moisture, to the same high standards as other Sentinel products but also providing, where required, a higher level of protection against fire hazards and toxic gas emissions. The product is based on EPDM profiled rubber cleaning strips within aluminium profiles, tested to comply with the stringent requirements of the LUL Section 12 Code of Practice for underground railway stations. FIRE GAP matting is ideal for use in:- - Underground stations - Railway stations - Ferry ports - Airports - Oil rigs - Hospitals Rubber tested to (and compliant with) : BS476 1987, Parts 6 & 7. FG16R/0 Sentinel Hardwearing roll up entrance matting with rot-proof ribbed EPDM strips set in interlocking noise-absorbing aluminium profiles, tensioned with coated stainless steel chord. 3mm or 6mm dirt collection gaps. For external or covered entrance areas subject to heavy pedestrian traffic including wheeled trolleys and invalid chairs.
