Keen to bring the benefits of its wide range of rigid engineered Sentinel entrance matting to a wider audience, Shackerley (Holdings) Group Limited has developed a new standalone website at www.sentinel-mats.co.uk. The dedicated Sentinel site not only reveals full details of the different types of entrance flooring available but also includes a brand new on-line Express Mats ordering service.
Shackerley, a founder member of the Entrance Flooring Systems Association, manufactures Sentinel barrier matting designed specifically for use in heavy traffic locations, from hotels, hospitals, shopping centres, leisure centres and office premises, to airports, passenger transport interchanges and even underground stations where flame retardant solutions are required.
As the new website clearly shows, Sentinel mats are available with Link and Gap constructions, for interior and exterior use and for installation in matwells or for surface mounting. Each of the mats depicted on the website can be designed to the customer’s exact measurements or template, and is then individually manufactured in house at Shackerley's Lancashire production facility. A wide range of mat infill materials, constructions and even additional scraper components are available in the customer’s chosen combination, which means that a Sentinel mat can be supplied to cater for any level and type of soiling and for any volume of traffic, including regular use by heavy vehicles.
Shackerley’s new online Express Mat service is designed for contractors who need to supply their clients with high quality entrance matting in hurry. Aluminium framed ‘anthracite’ Sentinel Link and Gap mats can be ordered on-line in a range of popular sizes and will be despatched to any mainland UK location within just seven working days.
For more complex requirements Shackerley’s technical team can assist with the specification and design and can advise on the design of entrance flooring to suit unusually shaped reception areas, revolving doors and interface areas, fire sensitive locations, etc.
