As a result of forging a long term partnership agreement with Soladrilho, Portugal’s leading manufacturer of extruded terracotta and unglazed ceramic tiles and slabs, Shackerley (Holdings) Group Limited is extending its ventilated rainscreen offer with Soladrilho ‘Face’ terracotta facades and carrier support systems.
With immediate effect, the Queen’s Award winning ceramic granite rainscreen manufacturer and distributor is able to procure and supply Soladrilho’s entire range of extruded terracotta ventilated façade panels. These are available in a wide palette of contemporary and traditional colours and an extensive range of formats up to 1200 x 600mm. For projects of scale Shackerley is also able to work with Soladrilho to supply façade panels in bespoke colours and glazed finishes. Non-standard panel sizes are also available to meet all specifications. All cutting and fabrication work can be carried out in Shackerley’s Lancashire factories under strict quality controlled conditions which are audited and certified to ISO9001.
A simple and quick to install support system comprises a series of vertical aluminium rails, incorporating hidden anti-vibration neoprene pads, and patented stainless steel clips, allowing panels to be individually removed for maintenance, repair and inspection of services behind the façade.
